1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants must follow @AVAilableJets on social media (Instagram) with a public profile. Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of AVAJets are not eligible to win.

 

2. How to Enter

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

There are two ways to enter:

A. Free Entry
Follow @AVAJets on Instagram, to receive one (1) automatic free entry into each drawing. You may also enter by sending a handwritten 3x5 postcard with your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and “AVAJets Sweepstakes Entry” to:

Mail-in entries must be received before the posted deadline to be valid.

B. Digital Sticker Purchase (Optional)
You may enhance your odds by purchasing official AVAJets digital sweepstakes stickers on avajets.com/Sweepstakes
Each purchase provides entries as follows:

• $1 = 5 entry

• $5 = 40 entries

• $10 = 100 entries

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may obtain.

 

3. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize: A round-trip private jet flight arranged by AVAJets. Flight details (aircraft, departure/destination options, and dates) are selected at the discretion of AVAJets, based on availability and operational costs.

• Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted.

• Winner is responsible for any incidental expenses not expressly included.

 

4. Drawing & Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a certified randomization process. The drawing will occur after AVAJets determines that the minimum threshold of entry activity has been reached to support prize fulfillment.

Winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on social media within 7 days of drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is deemed ineligible, a new winner will be selected.

 

5. Publicity & Use of Name

By entering, you grant AVAJets permission to use your name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The winner agrees to participate in media coverage or promotional materials related to the sweepstakes.

 

6. General Conditions

AVAJets reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen events compromise the integrity of the contest. Entry fees (where applicable) are non‑refundable. In the event that AVAJets is unable to secure the necessary operational funding required to award the Grand Prize within the announced term, any paid entries will be automatically forwarded to the next sweepstakes period, providing entrants with entry(ies) in the subsequent drawing. No refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

AVAJets is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AVAJets from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other third party platform.

 

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for the administration of the sweepstakes and as outlined in the AVA Privacy Policy. AVAJets uses secure servers and safeguards to protect user data.

 

9. Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado

 

10. Instagram Promotion Note

All AVAJets Instagram followers are automatically entered into separate monthly Instagram-only giveaways. These are distinct from the sweepstakes above and may have different prizes and terms. Follow @AVAJets for exclusive giveaways, updates, and jet-life content.
